TrackSyte® Hub, Neo and Neo 2 are field connectivity devices — telemetry gateways that connect remote equipment into the TrackSyte® platform so you can monitor power, status and performance without a routine site visit.

Hub sits on your existing network with dual Ethernet, RS485 and GPS. Neo adds its own ultra-low-power LTE Cat 1 bis link, GPS and Bluetooth for assets without a site router. Neo 2 is the multi-protocol gateway with RS485, CAN, Modbus, GPIO, Ethernet, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, 4G LTE / LTE-M / NB-IoT and a 9–30 V DC supply — see Neo 2 hardware. RS485 is available on Hub and Neo 2 (not exclusive to Hub). All feed the same portal so you know before you go.

Neo provides its own ultra-low-power LTE connection. Hub uses your existing network to bring multiple local systems into one live view. Neo 2 adds multi-protocol field interfaces (including RS485, CAN, Modbus and GPIO) for deeper plant and perimeter deployments. The same hardware family also supports construction and plant monitoring across mixed fleets.

*Depending on update settings used. Bluetooth on the TrackSyte® Hub requires the optional Bluetooth module. The Neo column is the original LTE Neo SKU — Neo 2 is a separate multi-protocol gateway (/hardware/neo-2). RS485 is fitted on Hub and Neo 2; original Neo remains without RS485 until product confirmation changes. Dual Ethernet stays a Hub capability — Neo 2 has Ethernet connectivity, not dual ports.
